Ape: I'm an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I teach kickboxing with a background in Taekwondo from Master Jennifer Hastings. I also teach cycling, and I am certified through Madd Dog Athletics (Spinning Certification, April, 2008). Most recently, I completed the Instructor Certification program through Waterart. I am currently studying for the ACE Personal Trainer Exam, which I hope to take early in 2011. I have been teaching since March, 2006 and I thoroughly enjoy fitness. I love learning more and more everyday in order to help people achieve their goals, and to help them to work towards living healthier lifestyles.
